The Post Production Engineers are frontline support providing engineering triage of daily operational post production related issues and maintains and supports the systems and shared storage platforms used by post production.
Core Responsibilities
Provide frontline, rapid-response support and engineering triage for remote and local editors and assistant editors encountering hardware issues, software bugs, connectivity issues, or any performance latency issues.
