LAYIQ - (USA) Director, Business Strategy- Building & Infrastructure at Walmart

Extensive experience in facilities management, engineering, construction, asset management, or capital program leadership
Strong technical understanding of one or more building and infrastructure disciplines
Demonstrated experience developing and executing large-scale capital programs
Exceptional financial and business acumen
Proven ability to develop asset lifecycle strategies that balance preventive maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, and replacement
Strong leadership experience building and developing teams of technical professionals and subject matter experts
Strong analytical capabilities and experience to make complex investment decisions.
Experience establishing enterprise standards, governance processes, specifications
Strong project and program management capabilities
Excellent communication and executive presence with strong stakeholder relationship management skills
