What you'll do:
Identify and evaluate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements to ensure data quality and relevance.
Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and automation techniques.
Develop and implement data visualization strategies to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Lead data quality management initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to maintain high data standards.
Define and execute data strategies that support business objectives and regulatory compliance.
Mentor team members on analytics methodologies, data governance, and storytelling techniques.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics efforts with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in data analytics, including big data techniques and automation methods.
Strong knowledge of data governance, quality management, and enterprise data architecture principles.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Python libraries, Tableau, and PowerBI to create compelling insights.
Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
Expertise in exploratory data analysis using SQL, Python, and statistical techniques.
Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and driving continuous process improvements.
Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and present data insights effectively.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
