LAYIQ - (USA) Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics at Walmart

Extensive experience in governance, compliance strategy, and regulatory compliance management.
Proven ability to lead compliance risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex regulatory information clearly to stakeholders.
Expertise in analyzing legislation, forecasting regulatory trends, and advising senior leadership on compliance implications.
Demonstrated commitment to ethics, integrity, and upholding company policies and standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects, drive continuous improvement, and adapt to evolving regulatory environments.
**This role requires 30%-50% travel throughout the United States.
