As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the delivery of scalable software solutions by managing feature implementation, testing, and ongoing support within collaborative teams. What you'll do:
Own delivery of scoped features and components through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and business objectives.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software capabilities and development efficiency.
Participate in solution design, conduct code reviews, and apply best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
Monitor application performance, support defect management, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Mentor peers, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to engineering excellence and innovation.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
Strong technical acumen with experience in code review, debugging, and continuous development.
Demonstrated ability to deliver scoped features or models through iterative and incremental development.
Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance software solutions.
Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with platform standards.
Skilled in full software development lifecycle including CI/CD, automated testing, and telemetry implementation.
Effective collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
