The Worldwide Grocery Stores Inventory Management organization is seeking a Senior leader to join the Shrink & Quality team. This role will own major components of the North America shrink strategy and operating mechanisms, translating complex inventory and shrink problems into scalable cross-functional programs. The role will partner with Category, Inventory Management, Operations, Finance, BI and Tech leaders to establish strategy, mechanisms, accountability and measurable financial outcomes across grocery channels.
Key job responsibilities
Own and evolve the North America shrink strategy, including annual and multi-year planning inputs and measurable reduction opportunities.
Lead core shrink planning mechanisms including OP1/OP2 inputs, WBR/XBR narratives, flashes and leadership-ready business reviews.
