Hours:
16-20 hours per week, split flexibly across half days.
- Monday (8:30am-13:30pm
- Tuesday (09:30am - 15:00)
- Thursday (09:30am - 15:00)
Reports to:
People Operations Manager, as part of the wider People Operations team
About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Manager to keep our Austin office running smoothly and make it a productive, welcoming place to work. You'll be the first point of contact for our Austin team on all things office-related, working closely with the People Operations team as Swap continues to grow.
