As a Facility Maintenance Coordinator, you will coordinate the maintenance and repair at all our SMI Facilities.

Creates & close work orders and purchase orders for repairs as they are completed.

Schedules internal FMT (Facility Maintenance Technician) as well as external.

Vendors/companies directly with sites to complete repairs in timely matter.

Adheres to Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines relative to department operations.

Willingness to be On Call on weekends occasionally.

Process and manage incoming work orders from onsite staff including Regional Managers.

Assign work orders to qualified vendors.

Follow up on work orders to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

Review pricing and estimates to ensure that SimonMed Imaging is getting the best value for work.

Receive approval from upper management based off the 3-tier approval process prior to work being completed.

Document work being completed.

Interview vendors regularly and maintain relationships with existing vendors. Including finding new vendors.

Communicate with onsite staff on the approval process (if any) and with FMT.

Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service.

Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.

Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.

Minimum Qualifications: Computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Has an understanding of what Medical Imaging equipment
• Knowledge of basic Facility Maintenance/repair
• Experience in commercial property management

Has 1 to 2 years’ experience in service coordinating type roles is a plus.

Physical Demands: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.

Dress Attire: Business Casual or scrubs dependent on department
