About the role:: Core Objective:
Drive end-to-end Driver Operations in the UAE, ensuring operational excellence, alignment with global standards, and strong adaptation to local market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross Functional Bridge
- : Facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between local team and the local UAE Driver Operations Manager and inter-department.
- Market Insight & Analysis
- : Develop a deep, data-driven, and qualitative understanding of the unique UAE supply market landscape including local regulations, driver demographics, and regional challenges or opportunities.
- Standardization & Local Adoption
- : Quick to adopt and implement proven local frameworks, best practices, and standards to efficiently resolve localized operational bottlenecks.
- Data-Driven Initiatives: Partner with the Driver Operations Manager to design, execute, and review strategic initiatives, utilizing localized data to tackle new market-specific challenges and capture growth opportunities.
