Construction Project Manager I

Responsibilities Job Summary: Manage project execution activities of several commercial construction projects with varying complexity and size while building relationships and maintaining H-E-B standards. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Manage / prioritize a high volume of small to medium complexity projects under guidance of Program Leader Engage in project planning, initiation, coordination and close out activities including gathering project requirements in partnership with internal and external stakeholders Learns to

manage contractors from bid reviews, adherence to project plans, schedule phasing, and performance review Engage in review and verify accuracy of project information, documentation, schedules, contracting/invoicing and correspondence The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position.
