Overview
This position provides support to mortgage banking activities through the sales, servicing, and management of clients and referral sources. Processes critical mortgage loan and service documentation. Serves as a point of contact with clients by providing loan process updates, answering inquiries, and following up on outstanding documentation needs. Enhances outreach through direct mail, phone campaigns, and other activities that facilitate sales and marketing efforts for the department.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Sales Support - Schedules appointments, answers incoming communications, and coordinates business development events to aid management of clients and referral sources in lending activities. Regularly updates clients and referrals on loan process status. Provides post-application support to help manage rate locks, loan addendums, and changes.
- Documentation - Streamlines lending activities by managing critical documentation such as point of sale documents, disclosure statements, and mortgage loan applications. Prepares file packages and maintains client databases.
