Utilizing data analytics and strategic decision-making, the position supports business objectives through effective budgeting, contract management, and crisis response. The Senior Manager serves as a trusted advisor, fostering communication and partnership to deliver sustainable maintenance solutions that enhance operational performance and support long-term organizational goals.
About the team:
The Reliable Operations team provides technical expertise and leadership in maintenance governance across the fulfillment network. Collaborating with site operations, maintenance teams, OEMs, and service partners, the team enhances equipment availability, reduces unplanned downtime, and improves operational performance. It identifies reliability risks, standardizes maintenance practices, resolves critical equipment issues, and implements network-wide strategies.
