What you'll do...
Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Global IT SOX, leads the execution of IT Sarbanes-Oxley activities, including control design reviews, operating effectiveness monitoring, and audit support. This role partners with control owners to assess risks, identify gaps, and ensure compliance across global systems and processes. The position requires oversight of ITGC assessments, remediation efforts, and documentation accuracy while fostering collaboration with technology, finance, and assurance teams.
The role also provides guidance to team members, drives continuous improvement, and upholds Walmart’s standards of integrity and operational excellence in support of financial reporting controls.
