Responsibilities Assist Process Excellence Engineers with workshops, process analysis, and project management Assist Launch Managers with process mapping and documentation Assist with SAP S/4HANA implementation through process mapping, gathering data from plants, etc.
Time studies Methods analysis and improvement Process Sequence Flow Mapping Utilize simulation software to analyze current processes Layout work (equipment and work station) Lean, Kaizen, 6S and Value Stream Mapping activities Identify 8 wastes in processes and engage with shop floor associates during improvement activities Qualifications Special knowledge, skills and abilities required: Basic experience with data analysis, methods and graphing. Creative problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills.
