Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Die Fab department in the Separation area. This team plays a critical role in manufacturing Integrated Circuits and SiPs. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will perform the precise separation of production and prototype wafers. You will work closely and professionally with engineering, trainers, supervisors, maintenance, and other operators to assure quality and meet manufacturing needs while maintaining a high level of independence and accountability.
