Nurse Manager - Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-time, Day Shift The Nurse Manager position is a managerial position accountable to the Chief Nursing Officer and has responsibility for ensuring the overall efficient operation of the department in various aspects including creating, maintaining and managing a therapeutic milieu within the treatment program to ensure the safety of patients and staff. Collaborates with Clinical Services and other departments to accomplish patient treatment goals.

(Even Pet Insurance!!) Qualifications Qualified applicants will have: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Master's degree preferred. Four (4) years of experience as a RN. Experience in a behavioral health/substance abuse/psychiatric setting preferred. Psychiatric or Mental Health Nursing certifications preferred.

Positions of progressive responsibility including supervisory and/or administrative nursing roles preferred. Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Georgia in good standing. Ability to interact appropriately with all populations served and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge and mastery of DSM-5 and biopsychosocial assessment preferred.

Demonstrated competence to participate in interdisciplinary formulation of individual treatment plans; to give skilled nursing care; and to direct, monitor, and evaluate the nursing care furnished.
