Senior B2B Content Marketing Manager, Global

We are seeking an analytical, highly organized, and collaborative Senior Content Marketing Manager to spearhead the end-to-end roadmap, execution, and continuous optimization of content marketing initiatives for our global portfolio of brand and product narratives

This senior role centers on shaping, executing, and refining our global B2B content marketing engine. The ideal candidate blends advanced project management expertise, analytical proficiency, creative vision, and commercial acumen, possessing a deep understanding of multi-channel B2B content formats and knowing how to leverage them to achieve our marketing objectives..

What you’ll do

• Drive global content planning across brand programs and multi-vertical initiatives, establishing an integrated, multi-channel editorial roadmap aligned with organizational revenue and marketing goals.
• Design and execute full-funnel, multi-platform asset distribution strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion across target demographics.
• Partner closely with cross-functional global teams including the brand team, country marketing managers, content marketing, designers, product marketing managers, commercial teams, sales, and agencies, to produce compelling and relevant content and marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with our Content Lead to build our global content strategy and engine..
• Construct comprehensive project roadmaps detailing resource allocation, timeline milestones, and delivery benchmarks. Prioritize workflows to keep complex, multi-stakeholder programs running smoothly and on schedule.
• Oversee both internal copywriters and external (agency) partners, maintaining strict adherence to guidelines and brand standards while upholding editorial quality.
• Copywriting is not a main requirement of this role, but you should have a strong eye for copy and be able to support it if required.
• Brief, review and manage video content.
• Conceptualize and establish scalable content franchises, recurring seriesand repeatable formats to drive audience retention and brand affinity over time.
• Manage scheduling, copyediting, publishing for various platforms to ensure quality, clarity, consistency, and discoverability.Conduct systematic content audits and performance tracking, translating analytics into actionable insights for benchmarking and continuous improvement.
• Support on identifying opportunities to scale content production through automation.
• Monitor evolving industry shifts, media consumption habits, and B2B marketing best practices to pioneer new formats and maintain market leadership.

Who you are:

Experience:

8+ years leading content marketing strategies, ideally within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or commercial financial tech. Proven ability to architect and scale content strategy rather than simply executing tactical briefs.

Strategic mindset:

You look beyond individual assets to see how content impacts business growth. You seamlessly connect editorial assets to overarching revenue targets and prioritize initiatives that maximize return on effort.

AI fluency:

You naturally integrate modern AI tools into your daily workflow to scale production, enhance workflow velocity, and elevate creative ideation, without compromising high editorial standards.

Video storytelling experience:

Skilled in shaping narrative-driven video assets, from crafting high-converting hooks to structuring compelling visual storylines. Strong grasp of platform-first video formats and collaborative media production.

Media and content ecosystem fluency:

Comprehensive grasp of modern media consumption patterns across B2B audiences. You know how to strategically adapt content across formats from multi-page research reports to short-form social video.

Master storyteller:

Possess exceptional editorial instincts and a journalistic approach to topic discovery. Proven skill in untangling technical complexity to craft clear, highly differentiated market stories.

Audience-centric:

Genuinely curious about customer behaviors, decision-making dynamics, and merchant pain points across diverse sectors, leveraging these insights to build resonant content.

Strong owner and collaborator:

You thrive in a fast-paced, flat environment and take full ownership of your work. You’re comfortable working independently while also influencing stakeholders and collaborating across teams, agencies, and freelancers to raise the bar on output.

Operational excellence:

Demonstrate sharp project management instincts with a track record of managing multi-track priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering exceptional work in an iterative environment.

Language skills:

Native or complete professional fluency in English with strong writing and editing ability.
