Job Description Summary:

The Senior Stock Clerk/Administrative Assistant is involved in all phases of daily receiving all incoming packages from UPS , Fed Ex , etc. and reviewing tracking and arrival status as necessary.

Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities

Updating database of order status when received and inform recipient of arrival.

Filing signed copies of received packages by internal Draper employees upon pick up or delivery.

Shipping various size packages, packing as required to maintain integrity of item shipped.

Assist in package delivery requests out of state in a timely manner indicating amount of days for shipper.

Shipping large pallet size items, Consoles and Large plywood or cardboard boxes attaching to pallets with banding tool when required and wrapping in clear wrap when required.

Working with moving company on items to be shipped/ received to /from Draper warehouse

Lead, delegate and review the completion of work of lower level employees.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills/Abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.

Proficiency with People soft shipping and receiving system.

A sound knowledge of stock control, shipping and receiving is required.

Specialized courses in purchasing, inventory control, and computer operations is desired.

Knowledge of computerized inventory databases controlling components and designs for assembly.

Knowledge of quoting, ordering, receiving, inspecting, and kitting where applicable.

Education

High school degree or equivalent required.

Experience

Requires four (4) years of applicable experience and a minimum of four (4) years as a Senior Stock Clerk are the minimum requirements.

Additional Job Description:

Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Current in scope Secret security clearance is preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is

$45.49 - $45.49 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
