Your role at Clorox:

Manage assigned customers through cross-functional teams and Broker partners to deliver volume, share, AMPS, and profitable growth objectives across designated Clorox customers and categories. Align customer strategies with category priorities, drive flawless execution, and ensure achievement of business performance targets within assigned geographies.

In this role, you will:

Engage People as Business Owners

Develop, coach, and enable Broker partners, including Business Account Managers, Customer Business Managers, SSAs, and support teams.

Foster a General Management mindset, building individual and organizational capabilities to drive business growth.

Lead effectively across a broad cross-functional network to align priorities and execution.

Drive the Business

Develop and execute customer business plans that deliver sustainable growth, share gains, trade efficiency, volume, BCS, AMPS, and profit objectives.

Lead and manage Broker organizations to ensure flawless execution of customer and category strategies.

Build strong collaborative partnerships and drive superior retail execution across assigned customers.

Customer & Category Leadership

Lead joint business planning with Brokers and customers.

Leverage consumer insights, category expertise, and market trends to shape customer strategies and growth initiatives.

Ensure alignment between customer plans and broader category objectives.

Build Capability and Optimize Resources

Manage trade investments responsibly and in accordance with Company guidelines.

Equip Broker teams with the tools, knowledge, and capabilities needed to drive growth.

Develop strategic Broker relationships and strengthen connectivity between Clorox, Brokers, and customers to improve execution and eliminate waste.

What we look for:

• 5+ years of professional background
• 3-5 years of CPG experience
• Strong analytical acumen, including use of excel, PowerBI and AI-based tools to unlock actionable insights
• Intellectual curiosity to seek the why and how beyond the WHAT
• Customer facing experience; Wholesale/Distributor experience is beneficial
• Proficient on key Clorox/Sales analytical tools
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Power BI
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience concisely
• Ability to work independently and within a team

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

• –Zone A: $109,400 - $210,000
• –Zone B: $100,300 - $192,500
• –Zone C: $91,200 - $175,000

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
