Responsibilities :

• E xecute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates in critical talent markets.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage data, market trends, and analytics to refine sourcing approaches and maximize effectiveness.
• Champion a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring transparent, timely , and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
• Act as a candidate advocate, building authentic connections that reflect Texas Capital core values.
• Negotiate salaries with candidates that align to market data as well as firm budget.
• Partner with hiring managers to qualify job requirements and define the interview process.
• Document all recruitment activities and decisions in Northstar , ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to hiring leaders on interviewing techniques, hiring practices, and decision-making frameworks.
• Ensure alignment with all internal policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
• Continuously improve recruitment workflows to drive efficiency and scalability while maintaining compliance standards.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning strategies.
• Provide regular updates to HR Business Partners and leadership on recruitment metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on market conditions, candidate availability, and emerging talent trends.
