Account Representative (Sales Leadership Track)

Grow From Top Performer Into Sales Leader

You are not looking for average. You want meaningful work, real growth, and the chance to build something you are proud of. And you want more than a personal sales record. You want to help other people succeed too.

At Precoa, we do not just sell. We help families prepare for one of life's most important moments. That takes care, trust, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

As an Account Representative supporting Waite Funeral Home in Wadsworth, OH, you will take on a growing community and promote the premier funeral home in Medina County.

If you are driven, humble, and curious about how great teams are built, this is a place to build a career with purpose and momentum.

What You'll Do (and Why You'll Love Doing It)

• Own the Wadsworth market and your partnership.
• You will be the main point of contact for Waite Funeral Home, a trusted name in Medina County. Building relationships with their team and the community is how you earn influence, and influence is the foundation of leadership.
• Promote a funeral home families already trust.
• You will get out in the community, meet families, and show them what Waite is known for. With a reputation like theirs, your job is to help more people experience that care before they need it.
• Master the craft, then teach it.
• You will learn proven sales tactics and leadership principles directly from top field management and sales leaders. As you grow, you will share what works, coach peers, and help newer team members succeed. Your growth is measured by your results, your commitment to growing your leadership skills, and the people you lift.
• Think critically and keep improving.
• You will question what is working, test new approaches, and bring sound judgment to every conversation and every market decision. We value people who ask better questions, not people who just follow the script.
• Build a path into leadership.
• We develop talent from within. You will gain exposure to coaching, training, and team development, with a real path toward leading other sales professionals.
• Are you ready to grow into a sales leader others want to follow?

Requirements

• If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• High emotional intelligence: you read people well, build trust quickly, and handle hard conversations with empathy
• Low ego and real humility: you take feedback, own mistakes, and celebrate the wins of others
• Critical thinking and sound judgment: you ask good questions, weigh tradeoffs, and solve problems without waiting to be told how
• Genuine interest in training and developing other sales leaders, backed by ownership, tenacity, and a team-first approach
