BugMD is a consumer pest control brand sold across Amazon, direct-to-consumer, and national retail. Our line of sprays, controls, and devices helps people deal with pest problems quickly and with confidence. Everything we make is guided by three values: safety, effectiveness, and sustainability. We have no patience for pests, and a lot of it for getting products right.
The Role
We are hiring a full-time product development lead to own the new product pipeline end to end. That covers identifying what to build using marketplace and category data, making the case to the leadership team, and running development through outside formulators, overseas manufacturers, and regulatory counsel through to launch.
The pipeline is roughly half formulated products (sprays and controls) and half devices, at a pace of 10 or more new SKUs per year. Products are designed for Amazon first and must also be ready for retail.
