Employer job description
From SpaceX's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.
STARLINK COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT)
The Communications Manager owns the data, logic, and reporting that run consumer email: audience definitions, targeting rules, eligibility and offer logic, conditional content, and conversion measurement. The role keeps that logic current against product and brief, validates audiences before send, and documents sources, decision rules, and results so every program is reproducible in production.
That stack powers the full consumer email lifecycle: evergreen, promotional, nurture, abandoned cart, and related pre-purchase sequences, plus platform-based automated post-purchase email, install/activation messaging, and upsell/upgrade programs. The manager builds thematic and behavior-triggered follow-ups (Reliability, Hardware, Pricing, and similar) and segment-specific campaigns (Residential, Roam, market).
