AWS Marketing is looking for a strategic, customer-focused Digital Strategist to join the Customer Experience (CX) team in the Integrated Demand Center (IDC), with a dedicated focus on re:Invent, AWS's flagship global event. You will design the end-to-end customer journeys that turn event engagement into long-term adoption and growth. That covers the full event lifecycle: pre-event awareness and registration, onsite engagement, and post-event nurtures that keep the momentum going.
You will set the strategic vision for how we engage re:Invent audiences, organizing event marketing around what customers need rather than around internal structures.
