LAYIQ - Construction Inspector at Jensen Hughes, Phoenix, AZ

Required
Experience in inspection, installation, or quality control within commercial or industrial construction environments.
Working knowledge of NFPA standards (e.g., NFPA 13, 14, 20, 24, 25).
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, inspection/reporting tools).
Ability to work full-time on an active construction site.
Preferred
NICET certification (any level) in Fire Protection Engineering Technology.
Experience on large manufacturing, industrial, or mission-critical facilities.
Prior experience interacting with AHJs and third-party inspectors.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to walk active construction sites, climb ladders, access elevated work areas, and work in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
Extended periods of standing, walking, and visual inspection.
