Senior Director, Corporate Marketing

About the Role

The Senior Director, Corporate Marketing owns how A-LIGN is seen, heard, and trusted, leading corporate communications, brand marketing, and the creative design function, translating company strategy into a differentiated presence in the market. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of corporate communications, brand marketing, and creative across every channel A-LIGN goes to market through.

As the Senior Director, Corporate Marketing, you will build and lead a multidisciplinary team spanning design and communications, while managing public relations (PR) agency and freelance partners to extend capacity. A-LIGN will depend on you to define brand architecture and messaging standards, govern visual and verbal identity globally, elevate corporate and executive thought leadership, and use artificial intelligence (AI) and self-service tools to scale creative delivery.

This role partners closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, People Operations, and executive leadership to ensure corporate marketing investment tracks to business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a senior marketing leader with brand and communications depth who pairs genuine craft standards with commercial accountability, builds durable process, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
