About the role:
The Manager, Process Improvement works closely with a cross functional team of leaders, project managers, and Business Stakeholders to solve business problems related to internal processes. The Manager is responsible for identifying critical processes to the business and defining the business' requirements. The Manager is also responsible for process mapping, assessing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the process, developing new or reengineering existing processes, and supporting implementation.
