Marketing Director: Build Your Own Brand (Self-Employed, Remote)

You’ve spent years building someone else’s brand equity. Imagine if you applied your skills to building your own?

If you’re a senior marketing leader, like I was, chasing someone else’s KPIs, hitting someone else’s deadlines and burning out on someone else’s vision, this is for you. You have the skills and the strategic brain. You know how to grow a brand and build a presence. And yet the wheel keeps turning on “more of the same”.

This is a self-employed business opportunity, not a salaried role. You’d be building your own business with a proven global model in personal development and leadership, with full autonomy over how you run it. Your marketing instincts become your greatest asset, working for you rather than for a board.

Requirements

What you’d be doing

• Grow your brand: Market award-winning personal empowerment and self-growth courses through strategies you design.
• Build community: Connect with prospective clients through authentic storytelling, the skill you already have.
• Lead and mentor: In time, build and develop your own team of motivated professionals.
• Own your growth: Set your own targets and track your results. Systems and tools are provided.
• Know the product: Develop a deep understanding of the courses, because you’ll be living them as well as promoting them.
• Who thrives here
• Six or more years in marketing leadership, brand management or a related field
• A track record of exceeding growth and engagement targets
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
• A passion for mentoring and developing others
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and energised by independence
• A genuine growth mindset: this is what you’ll be sharing, so you need to believe in it
• The discipline to manage your own time in a remote, global business

What you’ll have

Performance-based earnings: Befitting of self employment, this is not a salaried position. Your income reflects your results, with significant potential for high achievers.

Established systems: Proven processes and back-office support, so you can focus on growth rather than administration.

Mentoring and training: Ongoing guidance to sharpen your strategy and leadership.

A global community: A team of ambitious people committed to each other’s success.

Freedom: Work remotely, on your own schedule, part-time or full-time.

You’ve built enough brands that weren’t yours. Are you ready to build one that is?
