What you'll do...
Role summary:
Manager, Incubation & Onboarding: You will play a key role in helping Marketplace sellers successfully adopt WFS. You will manage a portfolio of sellers, providing proactive, personalized support to move them through the onboarding journey and toward their first successful inbound.
This role combines seller engagement, pipeline management, problem solving, and data-driven decision making. You will identify barriers impacting seller progress, develop solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve the onboarding experience. You will also serve as a voice of the seller by identifying recurring pain points and translating those insights into opportunities for process and product improvements.
About the team:
Our team works directly with sellers to understand their businesses, identify onboarding barriers, provide education, and connect them with the right solutions and resources. We manage seller pipelines and use data to prioritize opportunities, measure adoption, and identify areas where we can improve the onboarding experience.
