Lutron is looking for a Talent Development Manager - Manufacturing to help strengthen the capabilities of the employees who build our products and serve our customers every day.
This newly created role will shape the learning strategy for Lutron’s U.S. and Puerto Rico manufacturing operations, partneri ng with plant leaders, supervisors, subject matter experts, HR colleagues, and employees across the organization.
You'll help ensure our manufacturing workforce has the technical, functional, professional, and leadership skills needed not only to perform today's work effectively, but also to grow into tomorrow's opportunities. Working in a complex, technology-oriented, quality-focused environment, you'll connect learning initiatives to operational priorities and business results.
