Lutron is looking for a Talent Development Manager - Engineering to help that community continue to grow.
This newly created role will shape how engineering employees build the technical, functional, professional, and leadership capabilities they need to succeed. You will work closely with engineering leaders, subject matter experts, HR partners, and colleagues across Lutron University to understand capability needs and turn them into practical, engaging learning experiences.
In In this role, you'll apply your consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills to influence learning priorities and build trusted partnerships across the organization.
