After a successful upload
A successful upload is only the first step. Review the extracted profile for missing employers, incorrect dates, omitted skills, and target-role details that may affect scoring. If a resume uses multiple columns or heavy design elements, it may look good visually but still parse unevenly. A simpler source file often gives Layiq better evidence for fit checks.
If the file still fails, contact support with the file type, approximate size, and what happened. Do not paste sensitive resume content into a public channel.
